The Schleich® WILD LIFE badger is a nocturnal predator from the marten family. The black and white fur, the long snout, the stocky body and the short, stocky legs are characteristic of the animal. Badgers live in hilly forest areas in Europe and feed on earthworms, insects, rodents, and grains and berries. With their powerful paws, badgers dig extensive, branching tunnel systems underground that are used for generations.
